DELIVERY SCHEDULE
- Business deliveries are guaranteed to arrive between 9:00 am & 4:30 pm.
- Residential & Hospital deliveries are guaranteed to arrive between 9:00 am & 6:30 pm
- Funeral orders placed at least one day in advance are guaranteed to arrive a minimum of one hour prior to service start time. Rush delivery fees may apply to funeral orders placed the same day of the service. If you would like to place a same day funeral order please call us and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
* We are not able to accommodate specific time of delivery requests. We do however offer Express, Afternoon and Rush delivery options for additional fees. Please see "ADDITIONAL DELIVERY OPTIONS" below for details.
* On Valentine's Day and Mother's Day we operate extended Delivery hours between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm going to a business and 8:00 am and 8:00 pm going to a residence.
ADDITIONAL DELIVERY OPTIONS
- EXPRESS DELIVERY - $15.00 –Guaranteed to arrive by 1:00 pm on order placed at least one day in advance.
- RUSH DELIVERY - $25.00 - Guaranteed to arrive within 3 hours. If a rush order is placed after our normal business hours it will deliver within three hours of regular store opening.
*Express and Rush delivery fees are charged in addition to regular delivery fees.
CURBSIDE PICK UP
Just pull up in front our our studio at 106 West State Street and give us a call to let you know you have arrived. One of our customer service representatives will happily bring your pre-ordered flowers to your car.
ONLINE ORDERS- To ensure there is enough time for us to receive and process same day delivery requests on online orders please place them no later than 1:00 pm Tuesday – Saturday. For same day service on orders being placed after 1:00 pm please call us directly and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.FUNERAL HOMES - You do not need to know the exact address of a specific funeral home, just the name of the funeral home and the name of the deceased. As part of our service we will contact the funeral home you have specified to verify the exact address and the time of viewing and/or service. If you have selected a delivery date that is before the actual viewing, we will deliver to the viewing per the funeral home’s instructions. If you have ordered too late to make the funeral service, we will call to let you know quickly so that you can make other arrangements or have something sent to the home of the family.
HIGH SCHOOLS - High schools do not accept deliveries for students. Please send administrator and teacher gifts to the high school and any student orders to their residence.
IF NO ONE IS AT HOME - Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as, on their doorstep (weather permitting) or with a neighbor. We will call the recipient directly to inform them of where we have delivered their flowers. If neither of these options are deemed appropriate, we will leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for a more convenient delivery.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES - If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted there is a minimum $10.00 fee to re-deliver to the corrected address. The Well Behaved Tulip is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.
CANCELLING AN ORDER - Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. Due to the urgent nature of florist delivered products we are unable to cancel or change orders already processed, enroute or delivered. To cancel or change an order that has not been processed, please call us directly and will make every attempt to accommodate your request.
PO BOXES - We are unable to deliver flowers to a P.O. Box or an A.P.O. addresses.
CARD MESSAGES - The message that you write in the Card Message field, or phone in to us, is the only message that is sent with the gift. We do not include any billing information with your order.
