Quality Flowers: We partner with top wholesalers from around the world scouring domestic & international markets daily to ensure only the freshest, most beautiful varieties of cut flowers find their way into our arrangements. Once we receive the flowers in house we process & condition them according to leading industry standards before placing them into state-of-the-art coolers.
Design Quality: Creating aesthetically pleasing floral arrangements takes more than a good eye and a love of flowers. It takes a comprehensive understanding of the design principals and elements used to create professional and polished looking floral designs. Meghan Mannon, the founder and lead designer of The Well Behaved Tulip, was formally educated in floral design at The Floral Design Institute and is committed to a lifelong pursuit of continuing education not only for herself but for all employees.
Customer Service: From the initial contact, to facilitating orders based on filling the customer’s needs, communicating clearly regarding what we can and cannot do, and managing difficulties with care and concern, our goal is for each customer to know they are our priority and feel confident their order is being handled with professionalism and care.
